Breadsmith French Bread Crusts

When served with fondue, these savory French Bread Crusts resemble an inside out grilled cheese that your whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon oregano

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup oil

8 1-inch-thick slices of Breadsmith French Boule


Instructions

Beat eggs.

Add cheese, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Mix well.

Cut bread in 1-inch cubes. Dip them in the egg mixture.

Heat oil in 8-inch skillet. Drop in cubes and French fry on both sides until golden brown.

Serve with fondue.
