Stollen


An eastern European specialty bread produced most often for the Christmas holiday. Ours is a variation of a recipe first used in 1486. A hint of rum gives the flavor depth, and it is bursting with currants, golden raisins, almonds and our made-from-scratch candied fruit, and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar.

Suggested Uses

A festive option to serve at holiday brunch or dinner. Stollen also makes a great host gift during the holiday season.
