Stollen (Kosher)
An eastern European specialty bread produced most often for the Christmas holiday. Ours is a variation of a recipe first used in 1486. Its tender crumb is bursting with currants, golden raisins, almonds and our made-from-scratch candied fruit, and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar.
