The quintessential American bread, golden brown with a thick, crisp, blistered crust. There are no commercial yeasts or flavorings used. It is truly a Breadsmith original, using our sourdough starter dating back to 1993.

Suggested Uses

Sourdough can stand up to many uses. Try it for a Monte Cristo sandwich, or for a ham and Swiss with spicy Dijon mustard. Also a delicious option for a soup or appetizer dip bowl.
