A soft, oval-shaped flat loaf that is brushed with olive oil before baking for a tender, golden exterior.

Suggested Uses

For a deliciously light lunch, grill in a sandwich press with slices of fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato. Or, slice into strips for dipping in hummus.
