1 Breadsmith Baguette, cut into 1-inch slices
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Spray a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Lightly butter one side of each slice of baguette and place buttered-side-down in pan.
Slightly beat eggs and add milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread.
Sprinkle with nutmeg on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with syrup if desired.
