Take the heat out of your kitchen, and try grilling your pizza outside.
Our favorite toppings:
Olive oil and fresh garlic, cheese, red bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion and artichoke hearts.
Brush each side of the flattened dough with olive oil, and place it on a preheated grill on high heat.
Once the sides are dry and air pockets start to form, carefully flip the dough.
Reduce grill to low heat or move dough to indirect heat. Top with your favorite toppings, and shut the grill cover, checking frequently until toppings are cooked to your desire.
