  As with all of our breads, we use the finest ingredients to create sweets that will take you back to grandma’s house. We also innovate, with unique flavor and texture combinations that have become our signature. Get ready to indulge!


Dessert Breads and Muffins
Apple Cinnamon Walnut: This recipe has the age old combination of apples and cinnamon to make a great breakfast treat.

Banana: Just like grandma used to make. Our recipe uses fresh bananas for a fabulous flavor and aroma. Also available with chocolate chips and walnuts.

Blueberry Corn: This delicious, moist bread is made with buttermilk for a sweet touch. A great addition to brunch or try as an easy dessert.

Blueberry Lemon: We took a traditional blueberry muffin and made it better. We added lemon peel and lemon juice to give it a slight tang.

Chocolate: This dessert bread is a chocolate lover’s dream. Rich and satisfying in flavor, this bread makes an occasion of dessert. Perfect with vanilla ice cream.

Cranberry Orange: A splendid hearth-baked treat laden with tangy cranberries. An excellent choice for afternoon tea or luncheons.

Lemon Poppyseed: A light, flavorful dessert bread. Sliced thin and buttered, it makes a great bread for breakfast or tea.

Pumpkin: Treat yourself to this fall favorite year-round! It is sweet and spicy, just right for breakfast or dessert. Also available with chocolate chips and walnuts.

Raisin Bran: Our version of Raisin Bran has a moist crumb and plump, juicy raisins to give a burst of flavor in every bite.


Sunrise Sensation: Packed full of apples, carrots, crushed pineapple, walnuts and spices, it’s a great reason to get out of bed!

Zucchini Walnut: A splendidly moist and light dessert bread with that signature taste of home-grown zucchini. Walnuts round off the flavor to create a perfect breakfast or dessert treat.


Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Packed full of chocolate chips! This crisp, buttery cookie was made for a tall, cold glass of milk.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies: Hands down, the most chocolate per square inch! An intense chocolate flavor with a great texture – chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Recommended for chocolate purists.

Ginger Cookies: The perfect amounts of cinnamon, ginger and molasses are mixed together to create this sensational cookie. A chewy treat made for those days nestled by the fire.

Oatmeal Cookies: Brown sugar, vanilla and rolled oats give these cookies a truly homemade taste. Also available with chocolate chips, raisins or cranberries.

Peanut Butter Cookies:
Chunky peanut butter and peanut butter chips give these cookies a heavenly flavor. Makes a great afternoon snack!


Scones
A cross between a biscuit and a cake, scones make a superb accompaniment to a cup of hot tea or coffee. Available with chocolate chips, currants, pecans or plain.


Other Sweets
Almond Chocolate Sticks: Our long, tall twists of brioche, chocolate, and a sweet almond paste are a great addition to coffee. Perfect as a sweet breakfast or dessert!

Babka:
Filled with rich cocoa and the finest cinnamon. Wrapped with almond dough and topped with powdered sugar, Babka is perfect for the end of a special dinner or as a morning pastry.

Biscotti: Italians favor them as "dipping cookies," either in a delicious cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk or in a special Italian wine known as Vin Santo. They can be enjoyed as a breakfast biscuit or alongside a dish of gelato or spumoni. Available in three varieties: Almond, Chocolate Hazelnut and Lemon Anise.

Bostock: A slice of brioche is covered with a sweet sliced almond mixture which is baked until the almonds are toasted golden brown. Move over toast, breakfast just got more fun!

Brownies: The perfect balance between a fudge-like and cake-like brownie. The result is a thick, moist and chewy brownie with a rich chocolatey flavor throughout.

Cinnamon Buns: Distinguished by Saigon cinnamon harvested from the remote north and west regions of Vietnam. These huge pastries are drizzled with frosting. A favorite of Monday morning meetings!

Cinnamon Claw: A tasty breakfast item available with or without icing. Our Claws are made from our Country Buttertop dough. We add cinnamon and granulated sugar to create a delectable treat that you won't be able to resist.

Coffee Cake: Laden with walnuts, cinnamon and sugar, this moist and flavorful treat is great for breakfast, afternoon coffee or dessert.

Shortbread Tarts: A classic, rich shortbread recipe is used for the crust. Each tart is filled with the just-picked flavor of gourmet preserves and jams. In four varieties: key lime topped with coconut, cherry with sliced almonds, strawberry rhubarb topped with pecans and cinnamon caramel apple topped with walnuts.

Sweet Swirls: A decadent brioche variation of a croissant. The brioche dough is rolled and dipped in sugar for a light-textured, yet flavorful treat. Ooh la la!
