Breadsmith of Birmingham opened amidst great expectation in December, 2001. The goal at the time was to become the community's neighborhood bread store. That goal was met shortly after opening as the community received us with open arms. Since then, we have taken steps to provide our loyal patrons with outstanding customer service and an ever widening array of superior quality products.

In addition to our award-winning breads, we offer a selection of delicious jams, dipping oils, honeys, gourmet mustards and tapenades, an assortment of sweets and hot coffee.

We employ a dynamic, open bakery concept that makes for a fun and interesting experience when you visit our micro-bakery. Our décor is open, fresh and clean.
