A derivation of our tangy Sourdough, it's full of hollow, golden caverns on the inside and subtly blistered with bubbles on the outside. Country Sourdough has a complex flavor that tantalizes the entire palate.
Suggested Uses
Makes a great grilled cheese when made with extra sharp cheddar. Also good as garlic bread with pasta or toasted and served with chili. |
